Public Resolution
regarding the San Francisco embargo against Arizona
From the many thousands of supporters of GettingAmericaBack.org
Preliminary Comment
Much of the Southwestern portion of the United States has been subjected to a sometimes
violent invasion from the increasingly unstable nation of Mexico. One of the most seriously impacted states in America
is the state of Arizona, where the lawlessness has grown to the point where Phoenix, Arizona has become the number two kidnaping
capitol of the entire world.
Since the problems have continued to grow, and without the needed and requested level of federal assistance
required, the Arizona State Legislature and the Governor of the State of Arizona have enacted a new state law that essentially
duplicates a similar federal law that was not being properly enforced.
Now Arizona law enforcement will be able to better protect the property and safety of the citizens of the
state. It is an effort that will, with proper cause, allow a closer identification of persons being examined and with
no racial profiling allowed.
Since the passing of this new Arizona law, elected officials in the city of San Francisco have passed a resolution
to boycott the State of Arizona for having passed this defensive measure. Officials in a few other cities are making
similar threats and passing negative statements, as they too, posture on behalf of their special interest voting base.
It is therefore felt to be appropriate and about time for a meaningful reaction from the much larger citizen
concerns, in consideration of a state under siege. We thus move to this purpose in the form of this Public Resolution.
The Resolution
WHEREAS the City of San Francisco, in the State of California, has once again taken
upon itself, yet another self-appointed task — this time to move against particular protective efforts by the State
of Arizona — to enact an economic boycott against the State of Arizona, and ...
WHEREAS the City of San Francisco has continued its trend and general policies of similar actions and pronouncements
against others (such as the U.S. military), acting more as a soverign nation than as a part of a cooperative union of states,
...
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following shall be publically suggested:
THAT a boycott for travel and commerce be established against the City of San Francisco by all concerned
citizens throughout America.
THAT this boycott shall be initiated and maintained for as long as that city’s boycott ramains in effect
against the State of Arizona.
THIS IS a volunteer request and action to be enacted through the expression of the free will of citizens of
the United States, unlike the San Francisco resolution which was enacted through decisions and actions enabled by public funds
not under the control of the people of the city.
