1. We need a reaffirmation
amendment of original intent, for our Constitution, to get us firmly back to following our laws as written.
No more judicial legislation!
2. We must consider the elimination
of this terrible adversarial system of law, in favor of a new, far less expensive, direct approach to finding
truth and genuinely dispensing justice.
3. For the first time, we must actually hold everyone in government personally responsible for what they do and don't do, even as we are
similarly held responsible in the private sector.
4. We must have massive reform
of political financing. What we have now is a form of legalized graft.
5. We must launch a major effort to reduce
government spending on all levels and absolutely everywhere.
6. We should hold all elections
just before or immediately following the national annual tax payment deadline.
7. We need a 'none of the
above' box below the available choices on the voter ballots, with the requirement of new elections with new candidates
for all offices where 'none of the above' gets the simple majority.
8. We should require term
limits for all elective offices everywhere in all levels of government, including judgeships.
9. We must have independent
performance evaluations (with the power of enforcement, for removal) for all judges, prosecutors
and lawyers.
10. We must establish an entire system
of independent citizen advocates for the victims of government, in all areas,....elective, in the bureaucracies,
and in the courts, everywhere in America.
11. The abuses of eminent
domain, which allows it to be used as an instrument of plunder, must be eliminated.
12. Our national borders must
be protected. This is critical for the safety of everyone in America.
